If a Member is found to be under 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all wagers voided, and any withdrawable Balance returned after deducting any Bonus Funds received.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Malaysian phone number. You agree to promptly update any information that changes after registration. oren33 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.
Each individual may hold only one active oren33 Account at any time. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is a material breach of these Terms. oren33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein pending investigation.
oren33 operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit supporting documents — including government-issued identification such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport — before a withdrawal is processed or at any point oren33 deems verification necessary. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. oren33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify oren33 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. oren33 will take appropriate steps to secure your Account pending investigation.
oren33 will never request your password via email, live chat, or SMS. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
All deposits to your oren33 Account are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Visa/Mastercard, and cryptocurrency where available. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method. oren33 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit where operationally possible. The oren33 platform operates exclusively in MYR. All game results, bonuses, wagers, and withdrawals are expressed in MYR. No currency conversion functionality is offered by oren33; members using non-MYR payment sources are responsible for any conversion fees applied by their payment provider.

All content on the oren33 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of oren33 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without oren33's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oren33 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption.
oren33's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits oren33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
oren33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, oren33 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which oren33 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
